O. Randolph Rollins has been a practicing Virginia attorney since 1969.
Randy Rollins practiced corporate law as a partner with McGuireWoods, LLP for over 20 years. After several years as general counsel for a public corporation, he formed O. Randolph Rollins, PLC, based in Richmond, Virginia and serving clients in Central Virginia

Mr. Rollins' law practice focuses on defense of serious traffic violations, such as driving on suspended license, driving without a license and driving while a habitual offender, and assisting persons to reinstate suspended driver's licenses with Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. He believes the best traffic defense is To Fix The Problem and restore driving privileges.
Mr. Rollins also established Drive-To-Work, a Virginia non-profit corporation whose goal is to assist low income and previously incarcerated persons to restore their driving privileges so they can drive to work and keep a job. Drive-To-Work receives five to 10 inquiries from the public every day.
When Randy sees gaps in the law, he has suggested legislative action to the Virginia General Assembly to fix the problem. During the last two years, two of his ideas--both involving new restricted licenses--have been adopted into law.
He has also proposed changes in DMV procedures to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles faced by many citizens. . He has agreements with Virginia DMV and other state agencies that make it easier to get vital information and submit data to solve problems.
